KVR review system counts missing ratings as zeroes

Just randomly checked the Reaper software page here on KVR as I noticed it had been updated, and the average user rating is shown as 5.14 / 10. That seemed surprisingly low, so I looked at the reviews. Turns out, every review that omits a rating counts as 0 and pushes the average down ( a lot).

In Reaper's case, there's for example a lengthy favorable review that starts by declaring it "Best in Class", but the user didn't choose a rating so it's hadled as a zero. Actual ratings are in the range of 8-10, but the average is way lower because of this.
