2.3.1c Preview waves + Auto play waves setting

I've enabled (and saved) "Preview waves" + "Auto play waves" setting but the file browser always opens with these options disabled!?

Note:

The integrated browser does remember the enabled auto-play setting but not the enabled preview setting.

Windows browser doesn't remember both settings.

Load replacement wave: Auto play enabled (correct)
