best way to document exception errors?

Last evening I ran into an exception error and crash a few times while unloading waves. I got a chance to view details but not to generate a bug report ( battery was low ). Would simply providing details help in anyway? What is need exactly to help solve these issues?

By the way....still reall enjoying this software. the zoom handling on the wave editor is fantastic.

Any details help, best is if you can describe a step-by-step way to reproduce the issue.
If you are running the windows version, say "yes" to the "generate crash dump" question and send me the dump file.

Well spent an hour or so loading and unloading samples. I tried to recreate what I had been doing previously. No issues this go round.
