New web site

As some of you might have noticed, google, for reasons unexplained, decided to kill the TX16Wx web site.
I've finally finished migrating/setting up a new web site on Azure instead. I.e. downloads etc should be available again. Of course, this is wholly new, so there might bugs and/or snafus.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
