...since i sold my V3 Collection and still no word from Arturia for the License transfer, do they think this is how they keep customers? I feel bad for the guy, he paid for it already and still no word from anyone. What a mess, this is bad for buyers too.

Hi Kevin, i do not have a Ticket Number, i sent 2 emails straight from my Inbox. Followed the instructions on Arturias site how to transfer license and all it did was gave me an email address who to send email request to. I also sent an email thru the support form but did not receive a ticket number yet.
