Individual nki files in Diamond?

Hi, is there anywhere I can get an explanation for the individual nki files?

The names are somewhat nondescript, at least for me, and I'd like to know what the difference is between them.

Also, there don't seem to be any info in the manual about these individual instruments, does any info exist?
