Hi all,

Long time no post, unfortunately I do seem to work at the speed of a snail on Valium mainly due to work commitments and other music projects (I run a small choir).

However, I finally had some time over the Christmas holidays to put together this track which I hope you all enjoy.

The main synth sound and bass are all Zebra.

or you can find it at my website www.biodiode.com and its the first tune in the player.

Thanks for listening

:)
I invite you to 'voyage' over to https://adrianearnshaw.com, sign up for some fun e-mail 'blasts', and look forward to helping you launch your ears - and projects - into the stratosphere.

Hullo folks,
I've been delving into the world of percussion with Zebra again(I know, I'm not using DIVA, I dunno what's wrong with me...:hihi:) Call me addicted... :D
Well anyhow, this track is ALL Zebra. It's short and kinda messy(because I like to cram as much as I can into as little space as possible.)
Also, I forgot to quantize some things, so you'll get to hear my sloppy keyboard playing...

The track is kind of industrial/electronica/cinematic to give you an idea of how it sounds.

I'd still like to try my luck with selling a commercial bank for Zebra, but I kind of feel like all this ground has already been covered and I'd just be selling the same-old-same-old, I dunno, if anyone likes these sounds, maybe you can press me into it. :)

This song begins with a little sequenced bit from a Mopho, but the rest is Zebra (except for the drums)

The idea for the tune came from listening to some Capt Beefheart stuff..forgot the name of the tune, but it had a terrific groove from start to finish. So, I attempted to get a groove going, added clavinet and I thought it was sounding rather funky. Introduced the synth brass stabs and the solo thanks to Howard for the patch.

Excellent stuff. I especially like those metal/pole sounds. Very cool.

I'd be up for buying a bank with those sounds.

Here's an mostly-Zebra track, including the trumpet -

The only synth sound that is not Zebra is the low rumbly thing on the left.

I've got to admit that there's some heavy use of presets on here, just slightly tweaked.

Sounds great Michael. Like the mood. That D50 type patch in there too.
:tu:
Here's a little loop jam I came up with not too long ago.
All Zebra except drums.

Great work Michael, you definitely create the best guitar emulations on Zebra!

Cool, man! I especially like the bass with the flageoletts. :)

Not really only made with Zebra but I used U-He synths as the only sound sources in this track: http://soundcloud.com/bronto-scorpio/from-within
I also used some Uhbiks and Filterscape as effects :)

Cheers
Dennis
