You don't need "templates". After Effects has built in plugins for visualizing spectrograms and waveforms. There is also Trapcode Soundkeys which let's you generate keyframes from specific frequency ranges in your audio.

check-out vvvv.org ... modular video mixing prog - doesn't have exactly what you want, but may prove interesting in its flexibility, has tonnes of modules, fft, and the like ...

I used sometimes the waveform virtualization in AfterEffects for my videos. It can be used as a starting point for a lot more effects.
