Juce AU Synth compiling problems

It seems like Core Audio SDK is full of bugs. I patched it following advices on Juce forums, especially this thread: http://www.juce.com/forum/topic/au-inst ... ling-error
I tried to compile the Juce Demo Plugin and got the same error. VST works, AU loads fine but no sounds.
If I use the latest Core Audio SDK I get a bunch of errors so I had to patch an old version (from here https://github.com/adfernandes/core-aud ... ty-classes), not sure if that's the problem.

Could someone help?

I was able to compile the JUCE demo without issue other than having to place the AUPublic folder etc inside the Xcode bundle. That's inside the Xcode bundle, yes. I believe you can specify a more standard location for those files but I can't recall how exactly.

What errors do you get?
