I'm newbies... and I try to send Midi exclusive message to my sound module. (JV 1080)
I use the sdk in Delphi (thank you tobybear) and that works very well sending midi cc, or standart midi message, but how to send complex midi message like Request Data, Send Data

What are MIDI exlusive messages? You mean SysEx messages? They are not officially supported by the VST standard, all hosts I know of ignore them, and they are not in the original SDK anyway. You can use any free open-source Delphi MIDI component for generating MIDI SysEx messages and send them to an external hardware synth using the regular Windows MIDI ports, but not from within a VST plugin over the internal VST MIDI interface.
