I was heavily into Patashnik when that was released early in '94, but by the time of Substrata I was into Aphex Twin/Squarepusher et al and let it pass by me.

But got into it heavily this year, and as it is 20th anniversary for it's release at this time, seems a good time to do so.

Warning: This is hardcore nosebleed ambience! In hindsight I am amazed that Jenssen dared make such a beautiful album at the time, when music was all about in your face lad'ism
