Red Eye Syndrome – Advanced Civilization

Remix the upcoming single “Advanced Civilization” by “Red Eye Syndrome” and score great prices, even just by submitting a track for the competition.

All serious contributers for the competition gets a plugin free of choice made by SKnote. SKnote is a top notch music hardware and software manufacturer, which produce high end and critics acclaimed devices for music professionals, and now you can join the pro club yourself by remixing “Advanced Civilization”. SKnote recently got a perfect score 10/10 for the SoundBrigade plugin at CM magazine, and this is just one of the many excellent plugins SKnote can stand their name by.

For the second place in the contest there’s two SKNote plugins free of choice.

And for the first place there’s three SKnote plugins free of choice!

The track will be released 18th of February 2016, and all cool remixes will be on it, this means that if the tracks are good enough, they get on it, even if it only got a seventh place, for example.

Rules:

Stick to the melodies as much as creatively possible.
Use the vocal sample at least once.
All genres are excepted!
Multiple remixes will not grant you more plugins.
Deadline: 7th January 2016

internetdj.com 2016 remix competition: EatMe - Just Do It To Me

The remix competition submission date has been extended until Saturday February 20th in 2016 to allow more remixers to upload their remix in this competition.

https://soundcloud.com/eatme/just-do-it-to-me

What is it?
It's our 12th annual Remix Competition! Download the sample pack and remix it into something completely unique. This time around, EatMe has contributed the source sample pack for the song Just Do It To Me. EatMe is a progressive house artist from The Netherlands. Not only does EatMe produce house, but also DnB, Rap, Dubstep, Hardcore, Trance and even Classical. A multi-talented, multi-faceted artist to say the least!

The Rules
InternetDJ members have until Midnight Saturday February 20th 2016 (ET) to download the sound pack, remix into a new song and upload it on InternetDJ. After this date/time, the upload function will be closed and shortly thereafter the remixes will be filtered for nonsense and presented within the InternetDJ Voting Booth.

The Voting Process and Prizes
InternetDJ members and visitors are welcome to vote on all the uploaded tracks. The top three highest rated remixes will then be delivered to EatMe, who will select the #1 remix. This winner will receive the $100 paypal (or bitcoin equivalent at time of winning) prize from InternetDJ.

In order to participate in the contest, you must be over the age of 16. By hitting the "Enter Competition" button, you are signifying that you are over the age of 16.

The competition and uploading arena ends at Midnight February 20, 2016 (ET). The voting process will begin shortly thereafter.

Tips and Guidelines
Genres - This remix competition is not genre specific, remix the track in any style you want.
Samples - We will be looking for clever usage of the samples given. What we don't want is to hear a completely different track that barely uses any of the original samples. Remember you are remixing this track so it needs to somewhat resemble the original.
Length - Try to keep the track between 3 - 6 minutes.
Usage - all remixed have to be released under either: CREATIVE COMMONS BY-NC-ND 3.0 license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/) or CREATIVE COMMONS BY-NC-SA 3.0 license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/)  this means, that:
all remixes in this competition can not be used for commercial purpose
all remixes in this competition can be spread for free
choose whether derivatives are allowed under the same license
you need to put proper attribution to the artist(s) and track name
all remixes have to be titled:
"EatMe - Just Do It To Me - " (your artist name here) " remix"
all stems remain (C) 2016 EatMe - http://www.eatme.pro and are licensed for usage with the above conditions for the 2016 InternetDJ competition
