I love the compositions by David Wise and was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this. I do find it odd that Nintendo would approve of giving away IP but maybe they worked out a deal? Worth a listen either way. If this is illegal I will take it down, but CBS runs Last.fm as I understand it?
