Though I haven't seen it and I don't wish to fall into the 'grumpy old man' trap, it does bother me that modern televisual productions struggle to avoid over editing. It's as if everyone involved in the process has to stamp their mark on things. it wouldn't be so bad (editing neither), were it not for the fact that anyone with more than a passing interest in this legend-filled stage is going to be clamouring for every chance to see the performers, instead of cuts, edits, and crowd shots
having said all of that, it is absolutely worth watching
