Is the Maag Eq4 worth for $ 43? - after listening demos, now it feels that yes, if I hadn´t any UA Pulteq, but because I think the Pulteq is as musical, maybe not, the air boost mode in the Maag could be the only incentive.

It is but MaagEQ4 copycat Luftikus is free and not much behind not only imo..

I think you answered yourself, the air band is the main reason I bought the Mag Eq4 and I love it, I think the air band alone is worth even more thank $43
