receptor upgrade question

My question is : would the upgrade from receptor 1 to the 2+ pro or pro max include Komplete 8 ultimate as now offered with a receptor 2+ pro purchase ? :

Sure does include Komplete 8 ultimate pre-installed. Just as a point of clarification, Komplete 8 ultimate is installed but not registered. You must purchase a copy at a store, or with your upgrade.
