Hello

i get error 33 when doing the self-test. and for the first time i played omnisphere 2-3 sounds with the live mode and ivory 2 italian grand. and i got a complete interruption of the sound 2 times. for about a quarter second maybe.
i tried to find out what error 33 is. but no success here or on the plugorama knowledge base or anywhere else in the internet.
could this be related? does anyone know the meaning of error 33 (or live)?

never had dropouts like this before. and i played with this setup before.

do you know what ERROR 31 means, by any chance ?
this showed up on my system...

Post

so far as i know it's that the system is not up to date.
so no real problem just update via receptor panel. do you know how it works?

otherwise you can see error codes here:
http://www.plugorama.com/kb.php?id=467

it's for the musebox , but it's very similar.

Just to put some perspective on this, the Self-Test stuff was really designed primarily to help assist in manufacturing, and then to help us diagnose an issue over the phone… it wasn't really designed to be a user-test, which is why it is buried several layers deep in the SETUP menu.

Many of the so-called "errors" you might see depending on how the unit is configured are often simply warnings, but checking the list that was in the previous post is a good thing to do before panicking.

There certainly is no harm in running the test, but don't freak out if an error comes up… often it is just telling you the conditions that exist (like no motherboard temp sensors in that particular model) as opposed to something that is serious.
