No - PowerPC only

There are plenty of reports of a mostly headache free build on current versions of OSX and zynaddsubfx git, so while prebuilt binaries are not available at the moment, building from source works fine.

Crap! Finally a buildable mac version, and the one person I know with the skills to compile it had her mac stolen, and has decided to jump ship to Windows. I guess my MacFaithful musician friends will have to wait a little longer
