Error when running headless

Hi folks,

i am trying to run zynaddsubfx without the gui on a linux machine in command line-mode.

Executing with the "-UA" parameters results in a "Can't open display" error.

Do I need an x-server running for this synthesizer ?

That's a bug with older versions of zyn 2.4.4 and before IIRC. You do not need an X server to run the more recent versions and if you need to keep that particular version it needs to be compiled without UI support in order to run without an X server.
