How do I define MIDI ports in Patchworks standalone app?

Using latest version of the app, I cannot find any place to define what MIDI ports to which Patchworks should respond just to play notes. I have some IAC ports configured and I'd like Patchworks to receive MIDI note messages on specified ports.
For example, I have a Kontakt multitimbral instrument loaded, each instrument on a different MIDI channel and I want to send MIDI messages to that plugin from another app.
Thanks

Hi David,
The software currently listens to all available MIDI input ports, so it will not let you choose which interfaces are in use. The only way to filter events so far is to use different MIDI channels (which limits to 16).

Thank you --- you guys have been great extending Patchworks and I'm hoping you'll be able to add proper MIDI management to it.

MIDI I/O selection will indeed probably happen in the future (MIDI out is currently not available either). There are just so many things wed like to do...
