I've just installed PatchWork and see that, as well as the dll files, there are almost 1,000 other files in two folders alongside the plug-ins. Their presence makes scanning / searching my plug-in folders to take longer.
Is there any way I can install / move those folders outside my plug-in folders? As I can with u-he plug-ins, for example.
I see that I've got some empty folders in ...\Documents\Blue Cat Audio\Blue Cat's PatchWork too. What are they for? Can I put those two folders in there?
Q: Move the plug-in's VST data folders?

Hi,
the plug-in data cannot be moved. Which host application are you using? Usually it does not impact scan time to have additional files.
The folders in the documents directory are used for user data (your own presets/skins and settings) you could move factory presets and skins there (but you would have to change the default skin path upon first load, and it is not recommended).
