Terribly need help!!!

I am new to the website and I am loving it yo, can anyone tell me how to get the new presets that I downloaded to show in my vst folder. For instance, I downloaded the Aqua vst, then I downloaded the 2 presets that it had available and now I can get it to show up on the Aqua vst thig-a-ma-jig. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated... Later yo

if the presets are in fxb or fxp format, just open the synth or FX in your VST host and then click from the menu open bank or open preset (if fxp)..
