Decent plug. I love the brutal ones.

Change thread title to 'Poor Man's Saturn - Free!', and reap the views!
I've just read up on this and it has nothing to do with whether or not the file is ok with Norton users. It is based on Symantec observing from data it collects from users on how often a particular file has been downloaded and not specific user feedback. The file doesn't get deleted either. It gets moved to a quarantine folder from which you can move the file wherever you want. I can personally assure you that there is nothing suspicious about this file.Tp3 wrote:FILE.
Sorry.
Norton has a reputation based system (among other thing) in which it checks if the file is "OK" with the users. maybe put it in a zip and/or contact symantec in order to make this file available to Norton users.
Thanks !
That's great to hear Dean. I also use the less subtle side of itDean Aka Nekro wrote:Thanks Mark, Really like this as having such industrial strength squeling feedbacking distortion ITB/a plug-in is great. I have not tried it subtle yet but at extremes its alot of good fun/useful
All the best

Forget this "reputation" nonsense in new antivir programs - I switched it off in Avast already. It will come up with a warning on any file that have not been recognized on at least thousands of other computers or if some dumbheads in the cloud marked it as "dangerous".....Tp3 wrote:As it is, Norton Security deletes the files, based on its "reputation"

Thank you for your input. I hardly ever use the full range of fold so yes, I could reduce the range and increase the resolution. I'll have a play with the filters too. I think they're 48dB atm.highkoo wrote:cytospur wrote:Hmmm, so it's either perfect or crap
Oh somewhere in between.
I had another quick bang around with it and its really nice on the more subtle saturation too. I think it has more flavor there than in the brutal end actually.
My only minor gripes would be not so steep a curve on the LP/HP and maybe more subtle fade in/stepping on the Fold knob, but those are imo, and pretty minor. This will def have a spot in the toolbox.
And heres a screenie for to appease Krim.
Hope you dont mind.
Its not a bad gui, give the folks a show!
