"One compressor to rule them all"? I really like the idea of never ever having to buy another compressor again.
BTW, perhaps you should keep the convention established with EQuality and spell it COMPassion.

If you didn't already plan for this, it is a very good idea, Dave!Breeze wrote:BTW, perhaps you should keep the convention established with EQuality and spell it COMPassion.

Wow, very interesting... I'm really curious to use the Mods.
Any idea on what plugin formats will be available on date of release?

There will likely be an introduction drive (like with EQuality)?
He may also have a "buy both" for an attractive price?
(Maybe a "re"introduction price on EQuality at the same time?)

I believe that's all of them?
Dave.

You forgot MAS format Dave. A plug is essentially useless without a Mas version. And what about those of us still using super old hosts? What, no VST 1.0 version?DaveGamble wrote:At release:elxicano wrote:Wow, very interesting... I'm really curious to use the Mods.

And what about DirectX. All great plug-ins include DX format, no?
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I shed a single tear to mourn the passing of each of DX, MAS, and Windows ME.koolkeys wrote:You forgot MAS format Dave. A plug is essentially useless without a Mas version. And what about those of us still using super old hosts? What, no VST 1.0 version?DaveGamble wrote: At release:

VST2 is a direct superset of VST1.0, so it'll work, albeit without some features.
Dave.
NB: Actually, there's a bunch of code in my AU layer to ensure we have good DP performance with their AU wrapper. As for DX... well...
