I gotta say the fruity stereo shaper is by far the best stereo enhancer plugin ive ever used
Ive tried izotopes imager, pretty much every stereo widener plugin
Available but nothing comes close to the fruity shaper, its unfortunate that image line didnt include it in the juicey pack

FYI: You can do all these kinds of mono-stereo processing (and much more) using the MUX. The MUX is a versatile modular synth and effect plugin see http://www.mutools.com/mux-product.html
When you've plugged in the MUX, have a look at these presets: MuTools -> Factory -> Effects -> MonoStereo.

The closest thing I could find that compares to FL Studio's Stereo Shaper is PSP Audioware's StereoPack. It was $49 on their website. It's listed under "Tools and Meters" and includes four plugins.http://www.pspaudioware.com/ (http://www.pspaudioware.com/)
