What does revival even do... something like oxford inflator? Only budget thing I know for that is fielding dsp reviver. Like 30 bucks.
Lift is just some eq and dynamics thing right? Hate this black box shit some devs do.

Revival is a freebie - why look for something similar? iLok issues?
I believe it's a saturator, so you could try Klanghelm's freebie IVGI.
For eq, I'd go with TDR Nova.

It's basically some kind of frequency dependent,boutique exciter.the closest analogue too it (minus the frequency dependence)would be something like Fielding DSP Reviver.i guess you could make it program dependent by splitting it with linear phase crossovers,or better yet,Melda's ,MBSaturator in the level dependent mode,or Spectral Mode (which sounds pretty amazing)

Edit:Actually,that Waves Cobalt Saphira is likely to be a closer comparison than Reviver
