Hello Arts Acoustic, I would need your help concerning a license I have to receive from a KVR member. The transfer was initiated nearly two weeks ago but we still haven't any news from your customer support, and I still haven't received my license. Can you help me please ?

Good to hear that, and sorry it took so long. We had a terrible server crash a few weeks ago, which still is in the process to be rebuildt. On top of this the server was hack-attacked right at the time we're in the rebuild process. So yeah, go figure.
