Do you have any tips what effects could be used to get vocal like that? Is sounds like some 'robotic vocal' with some 'grinder' and vocal also have some grinding release. Hope you know what I mean Any help would be appreciated.

It has that 'dalek' type effect, so some ring modulation with a fairly low frequency, then probably a bit of distortion/overdrive, and some chorus/doubling. Should get you close.
