just seen in the news section :

Changes:
Multi-core support.
You can now enter chord names in object-bar to transpose selected notes (chord) to that chord.
Added option for velocity pattern in the Arp.
Added option to Append part (shift + ctrl + d), will double the content.

the multi-core support is a super good news, has somebody tried it, any comment?

I bought it millions of years ago and haven't even installed it since 3 computers ago. I think Energy XT is irrelevant in the year 2015.

Ditto. No hatred. No need for anyone to perceive it as such. I never said anything like the company that makes energyXT and all those who use use it are a bunch of losers. That would be hatred. If people still use it then God bless them. I got tired of waiting for energyXT to blow.

seems u misunderstood the purpose of this DAW

it can be used as VST and gives modular extension (because it has modular view) for those DAWs which ones don't have this kind of feature

so it can work same way as Bidule, MUX, etc.

I for one, am happy to see some development with EnergyXT. Sure it is behind, but there's a lot of die-hard fans that will be happy to get the multicore supports for instance.

It's true the new customers will not be attracted only with this, but nevertheless, a "3.0" version is good news.
