Hi,
I'm playing around with apple loops but have a problem...
After dragging the same gtr loop into a track is there a way of changing the key of an individual loop?
Thanks
Apple Loops - changing key in track?

I believe there is no separate key for a track or for regions. Just the global one, in the global tracks.
Maybe this helps already: Open instructor and there you can transpose each audio region individually. But it's actually not the same as changing the key. Some notes won't be in key afterwards.
What you need to do is change the key of the song, bounce the "transposed" loop as a normal audio file, then change back the song key to the original value.
Not sure if Apple Loops follow key changes of a song. Never tried it.
