Problem with Nebula Setups and old projects in Reaper

Hi everyone,
I started using Nebula Setups few weeks ago, great tool for Nebula users I think, but now I am having a problem. Everytime I open an old project I recorded in Reaper before I organized Nebula with Nebula Setups, Reaper crashes. Anyone else had the same problem? And any solution found?
