It appears that Egoist doesn't have a pattern/sample button (like UltraBeat) that one can drag and drop into Logic's midi track. I know its a simple question but the manual doesn't explain in much detail how to save a track and import it into Logic. In the Egoist panel at
"CC Map" the <Save> button - where do you save the midi sample for a Logic Pro 9 midi track?
I have the full version of Egoist loaded into a midi track in Logic Pro 9.“External-Host” button is activated in Egoist. When I play the Egoist midi sample I get a strong signal showing up in Logic Pro’s volume meter. When I activate record, the Logic Pro 9 volume meter gets a good strong signal, however the track doesn’t record and no midi notes show up in the Logic Pro 9 midi track. Thanks for any help in showing me how to import an Egoist midi sample into Logic Pro 9.
