Hello all

In my keyboard controler manual it is written ...

Select
The Select button assigns the "-" and "+" buttons to one of three parameters as indicated by a dot along the
lower edge of the LED display:
 GLOBAL; The - / + buttons set the global MIDI channel.
 PGM (program); The - / + buttons transmit program change messages.
 PRESETS; The - / + buttons step through and load Oxygen presets from its 10 memory locations.
"-" and "+" Buttons
These buttons are used in combination with the Select button, to decrease (-) or increase (+) the
value of the currently active function or parameter (Global MIDI channel, Program Change, Preset
Number)...

Now if I understand correctly, if I press the select button

once = Change Midi channel
Twice = Program change (I hope it means change the sound ... example piano to flute) ( this is what I want to do, from my keyboard do a program change)
tree time = a program preset

So when I press twice I can select 0 to 127 with the + or - button (I guess its 128 sounds)

Any clue why nothing happend in Mulab when I change a value ??? Even if I change the Midi channel nothing new happens (I still hear myself hitting a note on the keyboard.
Shake like crazy ....

The MU.LAB synths do not respond to program change.

When you send program changes to a VSTi, it might work, it depends on the VSTi.

so if I understand correctly

The MU.LAB synths : are sounds from Mulab not my midi card (the ones i.m hering now)

If so, i'm less confused :-)

I was always under the impression I was trying to send a program change to my soundcard.

:hihi:
