MU.LAB - a problem with imported audio

Hello everyone,
I'm using MU.LAB as the core of my little "studio".
While it performs excellent as a MIDI host/sequencer, there is some serious problem with a playback of audio files.
In most cases an imported audio part (.wav file) is played slown down (with the pitch accordingly lowered).
Of course it makes a song completely impossible to bundle up because audio doesn't fit MIDI anyway.
I've tried with various soundcards and with two versions of MU.LAB free - 2.5.7 and 3, but nothing helps.
So now I'm having a frustrating hiatus with my project
If anyone has met this problem and knows how to solve it, I'd be grateful for any tips.

HI varjar,
check the sample rate of MuLab in the Edit>Audio Setup.
It should match you .wav file.
It should help.

The most recent version of MU.LAB automatically resamples audio files (to a new file) so to match the audio engine samplerate. (only if there is a difference of course)
So you should not have this problem anymore.
Which version of MU.LAB are you using?
