I understand what you mean but can't repeat it up to now. I played with the rack desk, added and deleted racks, and changed racks from wide to small and vice versa, the scrollbar showed up correctly all the time.

If you could give me a way how to repeat it, i'll certainly tweak things where necessary.

This isn't a new bug. I have experienced the problem since I first started using Mulab. I have n't noticed any particular pattern to the behaviour -I usually just save and close the session and then reopen it to clear the problem.
