The Note Dispatcher issue has been fixed in M7.4.12 which is available as a quick binary update here:
http://www.mutools.com/galaxa/mulab/

Note that for existing projects that use the Note Dispatcher with more than 10 outputs you'll have to remake the connections for outputs 11 and up. But now with M7.4.12 these connections will be properly saved and reloaded.
