Hi all,

I purchased a MuLab 7 User Key and was sent a temp key to my email, with the promise that a full key would be sent to my snail mail for security reasons. However, it's been almost two months and the letter has not arrived! Where can I contact customer support? I sent an email to infodesk@mutools.com (mailto:infodesk@mutools.com) but got no response and I'm starting to get desperate... I paid good money for the full activation, and the product has gone back to being deactivated until I get that key in the mail.

Turns out they've been replying to me, but it all went to my spam folder! Sorry... Awkward... Two months and I've just now found this. Thanks MuTools!
