How to export a track.

Hi all, I'm rather new to using MuLab, and was wondering on the process once you have finished a track, how do you mix it down to a mp3, wav, etc... file? Currently I've been getting it to sound how I want and use Audacity to record it as it plays and create the file that way, but there has to be an easier way. Thanks.
