Just bought the full MU7 version after using the trial version, Have inserted initial key but now nothing works. Please can you advise what has happened? Have I missed a step?

Is the only thing you changed inserting the user key? You didn't download anything new at all?
What version of MuLab are you running - the number shown on start up or the MuLab -> Info -> About screen?
