Midi Learn bad implementation

I do not like how the Midi Learn works. If the parameter is already assigned, and I try to assign my own to the midi controller, it will be duplicated with what is assigned by default. And as a result, both parameters will be controlled simultaneously. Of course You can Midi Forget one of them, but I can not remember constantly what and where assigned.
Usually, no one needs to twist one controller at once for several parameters. I do not understand why this is so?

Is it possible to somehow disable and reset all assigned parameters by default so that they are not assigned to anything and do not wait for the new version of Sylenth1?

Ideally, be able to:
1. Midi Forget For All parameters (I can choose only what I need and not be afraid that something else will change)
2. Midi Learn and Forget for same CC controller number (so that there is no duplication, it is assigned to the required parameter only)
