very slight aliasing / artifacting on sine oscillators

Hi,

On sine and triangle waveforms (possibly any waveform) with the "tone" turned down (smoothing the waveform) there are differences from one note to the next even in the middle C range that sound like aliasing or artifacting. It's less obvious when turning up the quality but is still there. Even a sine right on middle C has these spikes between 6 and 7 kHz that are obvious when the volume is turned up:

This is a little annoying, because I'd like a really clean sine wave for certain patches and effects.

Using Synthmaster 2.6.19, Reaper 4.721, OS X 10.9.4

I should add that I'm being super picky here and the kind of thing I'm describing wouldn't be audible in 99.999% of Synthmaster patches, so people shouldn't jump on this and say "oh, Synthmaster aliases"
