Just a quick question for the folks at KV331: are there still plans to update Synthmaster CM? It's a really useful plugin for me and I'd love to be able to use the distortion section in the 64 bit version. Sorry if this was already discussed and I missed it.
Thanks,
Matt

I am planning to update it and fix the remaining issues, in April.

Guys,
Frankly we have zero time to work on SynthMasterCM or SynthMasterBE
Your best bet is to receive the 25% off coupon code by registering the above apps and upgrade to SynthMaster Factory

Bulent,
I may be a weirdo, but I prefer thi interface of the CM version. Single pagle.
The full version is a sea of tabs, figuring out what's going on takes 10s of clicks. That makes it very hard to learn sound design in. The load on working memory (that is, human memory) is very high. Not so with the CM version.

If you have to deal with tabs (which is a big NONO: see the work on modal interfaces by say Bret Victor), the best way to check multiple tabs is to drag the mouse over them instead of clicking each. Sytrus does that (another horrible UX mess, but a bit better just because of that one feature)

What we might try to do is to incorporate those skins into SynthMaster.urlwolf wrote:If you have to deal with tabs (which is a big NONO: see the work on modal interfaces by say Bret Victor), the best way to check multiple tabs is to drag the mouse over them instead of clicking each. Let me try to do figure that out

The knobs in the BE edition are far better than the ones in the full version, yes.
But just getting these is not what I mean. I mean the distribution of elements on the 'page'. You can see both osc at the same time, two envs, and if you like, the rest of the modulations.
Of course there's less to see in the reduced version. But that is a virtue.
