Another theory site worth cheking out is Dave conservatoire( don't let the posh soundg titttle put you off). Theres over 150 videos on this site(also available on youtube).
Oh and you can even login/register with the site(titally free) and watch yourprogress as there are a few exercises thrown in to consolidate some of the concepts.
