This is the result of a collaboration between Achenar and myself, lyrics written and performed by Achenar, music done by me. Enjoy a really energetic track!
Title: Beatslaughter feat. Achenar - Tag, We're It
Length: 3:57
Style: Experimental / Breaks / Industrial
Size: 4,4 mb
Format: OGG VBR Quality 5
Lyrics:
It's Right Around Your Neck
Our Pervasive, Invisible Collar
Examine The Tag
It Blazons Your Mark
Etched In Liquid Gold
Witness Your Reflection
Recognise Features Embossed
With Ignorant Complicity
Feel The Man Tug Your Leash
Leading Down A Prescribed Path
>From Stall To Stall To Stall
Permitting To Look And Touch
But Keep Those Eyes Front!
So Step Back
Look Around
Yes, Your Path Loops
What You Now See
Was Necessary
To Advance This Far
Reaching This Exact Point
Where We Can Summon The Strength
To Reach Up Our Arms
And Tear The Self Made Shackle
>From Our Throat
Ignorance Cages Thee
Bliss Through Infancy (of the mind)
Who Will Set You Free?
It Must Be I

I saw 'beefslaughter' and thought I'm in.....te hehe
pretty partial to beatslaughter too....you have your idea about what you want, but before the vocals add another part, when it is just the beats,I would like some grainy filth under those beats,or some more stop go stop stop go parts....when the vocals take over
twas fun,I liked the slow downs in it.

Yes, i've thought about some stop and go parts, but the intro is already that long, i've wanted the beats not to be to crazy, so it better prepares for the main vocal part.
Achenar has done an excellent job with the vocals. When listening carefully, one can clearly hear all the layering and microwork, i'm very satisfied with the result.
Thanks for the feedback!

Pretty cool, seems a little unbalanced and cluttered in the first section before the breakdown and the intro was a little too long for my liking, but it panned out nicely in the second verse. Vocals seemed a bit obscured, not sure if that's intentional but they could use being brought forward in parts, although that could just be me. Aside from that it's pretty cool stuff
