hi, i'm wondering if you can help. i've purchased some instruments and can't get them to download. i try to download the sounds and nothing happens. my order status tell me that i have downloaded the maximum number already. i can get to where i should download the .exe but when i try to unstuff it with Suffit it says it's not compressed.
