- Elevayta plug-ins are in-expensive. We keep the price low to keep them affordable.
- We have a policy of free updates which we cannot support when the user did not buy directly from us.
- There is no way for us, or the seller, to guarantee that the software does not remain functional on the seller's PC.
- License transfer is not permitted according to the license agreement provided with every installation (sections 2 and 3) i.e. it is part of the agreement that the user agrees to when they install the product.

when they install the demo too? or only the version they paid for, after paying for it? There is a huge investigation going on in the EU about this now.
