which imo is bullshit ... why limiting yourself from such a hughe market? well, dunno if they sound like the originals, but the demo is tasty, though they don't show off too much of the synths and how the components sound ...
and since there's no demo's either ...
and since there's no demo's either ...

I'm testing Analog Synth lab Prophecizer: it's definitely a SynthMaker creature and, yes, it's not a vsti!!! The GUI is nice and careful: i remember me Arturia Prophet V;ah, the GUI can be expanded. Cool...
The sound: well, i'm not a Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 owner and so i have compared it with a NI PRO-53 (demo), Gunnar Ekornas MESSIAH (demo) and Back in Time Records Prophet ( a good selection of wuisksounds sampled from the real hardware). Arturia Prophet V not available...
Prophecizer seems sounding rather well and clean: analog but modern. Fascinating pads, nice leads and special effects. However the filter don't convinced me completely: it seems not very fast and fat in action. Messiah filter is more dark (and fat) and PRO-53 hard (but more careful). Naturally it's only my impression... i wish to have the real synth for a serious test.
Conclusions? Prophecizer is a cool Virtual -Analog. To buy? Sure, in my opinion. Little price, great fun.
About vst? On PDF manual i read:"To connect the synth to an software midi sequencer a virtual midi cable is required". What is this??? An help???
Good vibrations to all.

For Vista I use LoopBe1. XP machines can use MidiYoke. I don't know what the Mac equivalent is.lucagi wrote:On PDF manual i read:"To connect the synth to an software midi sequencer a virtual midi cable is required". What is this??? An help???

I don't have any of this seller's synths; I use a virtual MIDI cable to connect to the first (non-VSTi) version of Hauptwerk pipe organ.

If he made them in SE, why the hell didn't he make vst versions.

think about it; he's using standard SM components with good graphics, and nothing more right? i mean, he cant have emulated all of these synths so fast. WTF is an apt topic postfix.
