This is a very common sound in a lot of hiphop, I've noticed. I've done some experimenting myself, but never gotten the proper hang of it.

Imagine a voice being played on a vinyl and you gently press your fingers to slow down the vinyl. That's the sound I'm looking for, or rather; want to create.

Advice?

Oh, and I'm using FL Studio.

Try TapeStop by dBlue. Krakli has one too ... Milli Vanilla or something like that. Or buy a deck and some records ...

ImageLine's GrossBeat will do this very easily.
