Hi guys, I was wondering the best solution for this situation.

On the booths we goona have sound, each one playing different music, and they will compete with each other in volume, I would like to avoid that if I can with some acoustic treatment.
What would be the best solution for this.

You'll want to isolate outside sound from your sound.
Since you also want the people to look inside, and come and go in and out, there is only one practical solution;

If you want to stop sound from passing through walls, the best and less expensive is to use Dry Wall plasterboard 1/2" - 3/4". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drywall
Do not use wood!
