I'm a bit worried, though likely he was kept over for observation. |

Hift...I'm back!! I found out that my heart got bruised from an ICD shock!! 
The thing is that in my case, on Saturday, my ICD tried to pace my VTach heart..that was when I was dizzy...but I went into an unconscious state..my heart went into VFibrillation..and my defib kicked in.... Now, what happened was that on Tuesday evening I had some chest pain that would not go away...at the hospital they found that I had slightly elevated levels of two enzymes that show up when there is heart damage...my ICD, the heart going into VT/VF mode and the resulting shock therefrom lead to a 'bruised heart'.... ---- Barry The man who survived mustard gas and pepper spray is now a seasoned veteran http://www.ambientonline.org/ Last edited by trimph1 on Wed Jun 08, 2011 2:21 pm; edited 1 time in total |
